<p>Haruhiko and Kenichi are 17 year old high school delinquents who are inseperable best friends. They've a reputation around Shibuya for being guys you don't want to mess with. Lately, Haruhiko has been frustrated, getting into more fights than usual, insulting women, and ditching Kenichi.
